Community Development for Asian Americans (CDAA) is a Health Home Care Management Agency that is committed to empowering the community and helping those who are facing various challenges and difficulty navigating the complex health care system. CDAA was founded in 2022 when it became apparent that the underserved and underdeveloped community faced challenges with navigating the complex health care system and needed support with better health outcomes.

Our mission is to provide quality care to our members and their families. We are committed to improving the quality of our members’ overall health and helping them to live a happy and healthier life. We believe that access to care is paramount to not only improving the health of individuals but improving health equity in communities. By removing barriers to care, individuals and communities will receive better outcomes. We believe in the principles behind patient center care and meeting our members where they are.
